वेन उवाच । यन्मे पूर्वकृतं पापं तेनाहं मोहितो विभो । अतो मामुद्धरास्मात्त्वं पापाच्चैव सुदारुणात्
vena uvāca | yanme pūrvakṛtaṃ pāpaṃ tenāhaṃ mohito vibho | ato māmuddharāsmāttvaṃ pāpāccaiva sudāruṇāt
വേനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ വിഭോ! ഞാൻ മുമ്പ് ചെയ്ത പാപം കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ മോഹിതനായത്. അതിനാൽ എന്നെ ഇതിൽ നിന്ന്—ഈ അതിഭീകരമായ പാപത്തിൽ നിന്ന്—ഉദ്ധരിക്കണമേ.”
