इत्युक्त्वा देवदेवेशस्तमंगं प्रति स द्विज । कस्यचित्पुण्यवीर्यस्य पुण्यां कन्यां विवाहय

ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു ദേവദേവേശ്വരൻ, ഹേ ദ്വിജാ, അങ്കനോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു— “മഹാപുണ്യവും പുണ്യവീര്യവും ഉള്ള ഒരാളുടെ പുണ്യവതിയായ കന്യയെ നീ വിവാഹം കഴിക്ക.”
