तस्मिन्वै पर्वतश्रेष्ठे चंदनच्छायसंश्रिताः । गंधर्वा गीततत्वज्ञा गीतं गायंति तत्पराः

tasminvai parvataśreṣṭhe caṃdanacchāyasaṃśritāḥ | gaṃdharvā gītatatvajñā gītaṃ gāyaṃti tatparāḥ

ആ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ പർവ്വതത്തിൽ ചന്ദനവൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ നിഴലിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ച്, ഗീതതത്ത്വം അറിഞ്ഞ ഗന്ധർവർ ഏകാഗ്രഭക്തിയോടെ ഗാനം പാടുന്നു.
