It identifies Dakṣiṇa-Mānasa as a distinct tīrtha and frames it as part of a threefold set of sacred sites in the Mānasa region, emphasizing the sanctity of mapped pilgrimage geography.
Indirectly: by directing the devotee toward recognized tīrthas, it supports bhakti through pilgrimage (tīrtha-sevā), where remembrance and worship at holy places intensify devotion.
It reflects applied ritual geography used in tīrtha-yātrā planning—an aspect aligned with Kalpa (ritual procedure) rather than grammar or astrology—by naming and locating the tīrtha precisely (southern sector).
