संनिरस्य दुराचारा वरयोग्या कथं भवेत् । योऽस्याः पक्षेतु वर्तेत देवो वा दानवोऽपि वा ॥ ८१ ॥
saṃnirasya durācārā varayogyā kathaṃ bhavet | yo'syāḥ pakṣetu varteta devo vā dānavo'pi vā || 81 ||
അവൾ ദുഷ്ടാചാരം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചാലും എങ്ങനെ വരയോഗ്യയാകും? അവളുടെ പക്ഷം പിടിക്കുന്നവൻ—ദേവനായാലും ദാനവനായാലും—അനുചിതത്തെയേ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്നു।
