Dvādaśī-vrata: Month-by-month Viṣṇu Worship and the Year-End Udyāpana

ददाति मुक्तिं भजतां मुकुन्दो व्रतार्चनध्यानपरायणानाम् । भक्तानुसेवासु महाप्रयासं विमृश्य कस्यापि न भक्तियोगम् ॥ ८ ॥

dadāti muktiṃ bhajatāṃ mukundo vratārcanadhyānaparāyaṇānām | bhaktānusevāsu mahāprayāsaṃ vimṛśya kasyāpi na bhaktiyogam || 8 ||

വ്രതം, അർച്ചന, ധ്യാനം എന്നിവയിൽ പരായണരായി മുകുന്ദനെ ഭജിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മുകുന്ദൻ മോക്ഷം നൽകുന്നു. ഭക്തസേവയിൽ ഉള്ള മഹാപ്രയാസം വിചാരിച്ച് ഭക്തിയോഗത്തെ ‘മറ്റൊരാളുടെ കാര്യം’ എന്നു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഹീനമെന്നു അവഗണിക്കരുത്॥ ८ ॥
