Dvādaśī-vrata: Month-by-month Viṣṇu Worship and the Year-End Udyāpana

नमस्ते मधुहन्त्रे च जुहुयाच्छक्तितो घृतम् । अष्टोत्तरशतं प्रोर्च्य विधिवन्मधुसूदनम् ॥ ५१ ॥

namaste madhuhantre ca juhuyācchaktito ghṛtam | aṣṭottaraśataṃ prorcya vidhivanmadhusūdanam || 51 ||

“മധുഹന്ത്രേ, നമസ്കാരം” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ശേഷിയനുസരിച്ച് നെയ്യാഹുതി അർപ്പിക്കണം. വിധിപൂർവ്വം “മധുസൂദന” നാമം അഷ്ടോത്തരശതം (108) പ്രാവശ്യം ഉച്ചരിച്ച് കര്‍മ്മം നിർവഹിക്കണം.
