FAQs

True sovereignty is ‘unfading’: when grounded in dharma, glory is not dependent on transient conditions—symbolized by the amlāna (unwithering) lotus-garland.

A devotional-theological narrative unit (carita) serving the Purāṇic purpose of inspiring bhakti and confidence in divine protection.

Lotus signifies purity arising amid impurity (paṅka). The Devī wearing lotus on head and chest points to purified cognition (head) and purified intention/compassion (heart).
