मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
इत्युक्त्वा प्रददौ विद्यां स च दिव्याम्बरोज्ज्वलः ।
स्रग्भूषणधरो दिव्यं पुराणं वपुरास्थितः ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca | ity uktvā pradadau vidyāṃ sa ca divyāmbarojjvalaḥ | srag-bhūṣaṇa-dharo divyaṃ purāṇaṃ vapur āsthitaḥ ||
മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് അദ്ദേഹം അവനു ജ്ഞാനം ദാനം ചെയ്തു. തുടർന്ന് ദിവ്യവസ്ത്രധാരിയായി ദീപ്തനായി, മാലയും ആഭരണങ്ങളും ധരിച്ചു, തന്റെ പുരാതന ദിവ്യസ്വരൂപം സ്വീകരിച്ചു।
