Adhyaya 63 — The Birth of Svarocis and the Rescue of Manoramā: The Astra-Heart and the Healing of Curses
ते प्रयच्छामि मां रक्ष रक्षसोऽस्मान्महामते ।
प्रादात् स्वायम्भुवस्यादौ स्वयं रुद्रः पिनाकधृक् ॥
te prayacchāmi māṃ rakṣa rakṣaso 'smān mahāmate | prādāt svāyambhuvasyādau svayaṃ rudraḥ pinākadhṛk ||
ഇത് ഞാൻ നിനക്കു നൽകുന്നു—ഹേ മഹാമതേ, എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കൂ; ആ രാക്ഷസനിൽ നിന്ന് ഞങ്ങളെ കാക്കൂ. ആദിയിൽ പിനാകധാരിയായ രുദ്രൻ തന്നേ ഇത് സ്വയംഭുവനു ദാനം ചെയ്തു.
