Adhyaya 52 — The Manifestation of Nilalohita (Rudra) and the Allocation of His Names, Abodes, Consorts, and Lineages
योऽसावग्निरभीमानी ब्रह्मणस्तनयोऽग्रजः ।
तस्मात् स्वाहा सुतान् लेभे त्रीन् उदारौजसो द्विज ॥
yo 'sāv agnir abhīmānī brahmaṇas tanayo 'grajaḥ | tasmāt svāhā sutān lebhe trīn udāraujaso dvija ||
ആ ‘അഭിമാനി’ അഗ്നി ബ്രഹ്മാവിന്റെ ജ്യേഷ്ഠപുത്രൻ; ഹേ ദ്വിജ, അവനിൽ നിന്നു സ്വാഹാ മഹാതേജസ്സുള്ള മൂന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെ പ്രസവിച്ചു.

Agni is both cosmic principle and ritual mediator. By presenting Agni’s progeny, the text reinforces the idea that sacrificial order (svāhā) is generative—ritual and cosmos mirror each other.
