FAQs

Protection is not only external; it is also cognitive and contemplative: naming the disturbance, rejecting it ethically (‘pāpā’), and restoring steadiness through disciplined recitation and concentration.

Mantra/ācāra instruction; not pancalakṣaṇa.

The ‘Bhūḥ’ principle is grounding; japa with samādhi counters ‘bhrama’ (whirling) by re-centering awareness, converting scattered attention into stable presence.
