Adhyaya 51 — Yaksha Injunctions: Graha-Children and Female Spirits Causing Domestic and Ritual Disruptions
सर्वारम्भान् कुमारो 'त्ति शस्ताताञ्चानसूयताम् ।
विप्रोक्त्या देवतास्तुत्या मूलोत्खातेन च द्विज ॥
sarvārambhān kumāro 'tti śastātāñ cānasūyatām | viproktyā devatā-stutyā mūlotkhātena ca dvija ||
‘കുമാര’ എല്ലാ സംരംഭങ്ങളെയും ഭക്ഷിച്ച്/നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; സുവചനത്തിൽ ദോഷാന്വേഷണം ചെയ്യരുത്. ഹേ ദ്വിജാ! ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ ഉപദേശത്താൽ, ദേവതാസ്തുതിയാൽ, വിഷയത്തെ മൂലത്തോടെ പിഴുതെറിയുന്നതാൽ (ഈ ദോഷം) ശമിക്കുന്നു.
