Adhyaya 46 — The Continents
तस्य वर्षशतं त्वेकं परमायुर्महात्मनः ।
ब्रह्म्येणैव हि मानेन तस्य संख्यां निबोध मे ॥
tasya varṣaśataṃ tv ekaṃ paramāyur mahātmanaḥ | brahmyeṇaiva hi mānena tasya saṃkhyāṃ nibodha me ||
അവന്റെ പരമായുസ്സ് നൂറു വർഷമാണെന്ന് പറയപ്പെടുന്നു; അത് ബ്രഹ്മാവിന്റെ മാനപ്രമാണപ്രകാരം കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ആ മാനത്തിന്റെ കണക്കു എന്നിൽ നിന്നു കേൾക്കുക.
