Adhyaya 31Naimittika and Related Śrāddha Rites: Sapiṇḍīkaraṇa, Eligibility, Timing, and Procedure

पृष्टैस्तृप्तैश्च तृप्ताः स्थ तृप्ताः स्म इति वादिभिः ।

अनुज्ञातो नरस्त्वन्नं प्रकिरेत् भुवि सर्वतः ॥

pṛṣṭaistṛptaiśca tṛptāḥ stha tṛptāḥ sma iti vādibhiḥ / anujñāto narastvannaṃ prakiret bhuvi sarvataḥ

ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ, തൃപ്തിയോടെ അവർ—“ഞങ്ങൾ തൃപ്തരാണ്” എന്ന് പറയും. അവരുടെ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ച ശേഷം, ആ പുരുഷൻ എല്ലാദിക്കുകളിലുമായി നിലത്ത് അന്നം ചിതറണം.
