Adhyaya 23 — Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati
द्रष्टुं कुवलयाश्वं तमिच्छामीति पुनः पुनः ।
ततः कुवलयाश्वोऽसौ समुत्थाय वरासनात् ।
यथाह तातेति वदन् प्रणाममकरोद्भुवि ॥
draṣṭuṃ kuvalayāśvaṃ tam icchāmīti punaḥ punaḥ / tataḥ kuvalayāśvo 'sau samutthāya varāsanāt / yathāha tāteti vadan praṇāmam akarod bhuvi
അവർ പറഞ്ഞു—“ആ കുവലയാശ്വനെ ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും കാണാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു.” അപ്പോൾ കുവലയാശ്വൻ തന്റെ ഉത്തമാസനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് എഴുന്നേറ്റ് “ഏവമസ്തു, പ്രിയ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ഭൂമിയിൽ പ്രണാമം ചെയ്തു.
