Adhyaya 23Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati

पुनः स चिन्तयामास परिसंस्तभ्य मानसम् ।

मोहोद्गममपास्याशु निःश्वस्योच्छ्वस्य चातरः ॥

punaḥ sa cintayāmāsa parisaṃstabhya mānasam | mohodgamam apāsyāśu niḥśvasyocchvasya cātaraḥ ||

വീണ്ടും അവൻ മനസ്സിനെ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ആലോചിച്ചു; ഉയർന്നു വരുന്ന മോഹത്തെ വേഗത്തിൽ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച്, അശാന്തനും വ്യാകുലനും ആയി ശ്വാസം അകത്തേക്കും പുറത്തേക്കും എടുത്തു വിട്ടു।
