Adhyaya 22 — Kuvalayashva’s Death through Daitya-Deceit and Madalasa’s Self-Immolation
तत्क्षणात् चेतनां प्राप्य सर्वास्ता नृपयोषितः ।
राजपत्नीश्च राजा च विलेपुरतिदुःखिताः ॥
tatkṣaṇāt cetanāṃ prāpya sarvāstā nṛpayoṣitaḥ /
rājapatnīś ca rājā ca vilepur atiduḥkhitāḥ
