ततस्ते विविधैरस्त्रैर्वध्यमानाः सुरारयः ।

मूध्नि लक्ष्म्या समाक्रान्ता विनेशुरिति नः श्रुतम् ॥

tatas te vividhair astrair vadhyamānāḥ surārayaḥ / mūdhni lakṣmyā samākrāntā vineśur iti naḥ śrutam

അപ്പോൾ ദേവന്മാരുടെ ആ ശത്രുക്കൾ വിവിധ ആയുധപ്രഹാരങ്ങളാൽ വീണു നശിച്ചു—ഞങ്ങൾ കേട്ടതുപോലെ, ലക്ഷ്മി ശിരസ്സിൽ അമർത്തി ചതച്ചതിനാൽ.
