जित्वा त्रिगर्तान् संग्रामे गाश्नैवादाय सर्वशः । अशोभत महाराज सहपार्थ: श्रिया वृत:,महाराज! संग्राममें त्रिगर्तोॉंको हराकर सम्पूर्ण गौएँ वापस ले विजयलक्ष्मीसे सम्पन्न महाराज विराट कुन्तीपुत्रोंके साथ बड़ी शोभा पाने लगे
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | jitvā trigartān saṅgrāme gāś caivādāya sarvaśaḥ | aśobhat mahārāja sahapārthaḥ śriyā vṛtaḥ ||
മഹാരാജാ! യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ത്രിഗർത്തരെ ജയിച്ച് എല്ലാ പശുക്കളെയും തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന്, പാർഥന്മാരോടൊപ്പം രാജാവ് വിരാടൻ വിജയശ്രീയിൽ പൊതിഞ്ഞവനായി ദീപ്തനായി।
