पाण्डवपरिचयः—विराटसभायां प्रकाशनम्

द्रौ्णिं कृपं चैव कुरूंश्व मान्या- जछरैर्विचित्रैरभिवाद्य चैव
drauṇiṁ kṛpaṁ caiva kurūṁś ca mānyān | akṣaraiḥ vicitrair abhivādya caiva ||
അതിനുശേഷം ദ്രോണപുത്രൻ അശ്വത്താമാവിനെയും കൃപാചാര്യനെയും കുരുക്കളിലെ മാന്യവൃദ്ധന്മാരെയും യഥോചിതമായി വണങ്ങി; ചിട്ടയായും മര്യാദയോടെയും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത വചനങ്ങളാൽ അഭിവാദ്യം ചെയ്ത് ധർമ്മാനുസൃത ശിഷ്ടാചാരത്തോടെ മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങി।
