Chapter 58: Arjuna’s Deployment of the Indra-Weapon
युद्ध समभवत् तत्र सुसंरब्धं॑ महात्मनो: । द्रोणपाण्डवयोर्घोरें वृत्रवासवयोरिव
yuddhaṃ samabhavat tatra susaṃrabdhaṃ mahātmanoḥ | droṇapāṇḍavayor ghoraṃ vṛtrāvāsavayor iva ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവിടെ ദ്രോണനും പാണ്ഡവനും എന്ന മഹാത്മാക്കൾ തമ്മിൽ അത്യന്തം ഉഗ്രമായ യുദ്ധം പൊട്ടിപ്പുറപ്പെട്ടു; അത് വൃത്രനും വാസവനും (ഇന്ദ്രനും) തമ്മിലുള്ള പോരാട്ടംപോലെ ഭീകരമായിരുന്നു.
