Śamī-vṛkṣe śastra-nidhāna and Entry into Virāṭa’s Capital (शमीवृक्षे शस्त्रनिधानम्)

सायुधाश्ष प्रवेक्ष्यामो वयं तात पुरं यदि । समुद्वेगं जनस्यास्य करिष्यामो न संशय:,“तात! यदि अपने आयुधोंके साथ हम नगरमें प्रवेश करेंगे, तो निःसंदेह यहाँके निवासियोंको उद्वेग (भय) में डाल देंगे

sāyudhāḥ pravekṣyāmo vayaṃ tāta puraṃ yadi | samudvegaṃ janasya asya kariṣyāmo na saṃśayaḥ ||

അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“താതാ! നാം ആയുധങ്ങളോടെ നഗരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചാൽ, ഇവിടത്തെ ജനങ്ങളിൽ തീർച്ചയായും ഭീതിയും കലക്കവും ഉണ്ടാകും; സംശയമില്ല.”
