मयूरहंससंयुक्तं विमानं लभते नर: । तदनन्तर वेणा नदीके तटपर जाकर तीन रात उपवास करनेवाला मनुष्य (मृत्युके पश्चात) मोर और हंसोंसे जुता हुआ विमानको प्राप्त करता है
mayūrahamsasaṁyuktaṁ vimānaṁ labhate naraḥ |
പുലസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—വേണാ നദീതീരത്ത് ചെന്നു മൂന്നു രാത്രികൾ ഉപവാസം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ, മരണാനന്തരം മയിലുകളും ഹംസങ്ങളും ചേർത്ത ദിവ്യവിമാനം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു।
