वह # ज्ज्वम ह## विषेण संवृतैगत्रियवत्‌ त्वां न विमोक्ष्यति । तावत्‌ त्वयि महाराज दु:खं वै स निवत्स्यति,“कलियुगके सारे अंग मेरे विषसे व्याप्त हो जायँगे। महाराज! वह जबतक आपको छोड़ नहीं देगा, तबतक आपके भीतर बड़े दुःखसे निवास करेगा

Bṛhadaśva uvāca: sa tvāṁ viṣeṇa saṁvṛtāṅgaḥ kṣatriyavat na vimokṣyati | tāvat tvayi mahārāja duḥkhaṁ vai sa nivatsyati |

ബൃഹദശ്വൻ പറഞ്ഞു— രാജാവേ, അവന്റെ അവയവങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം വിഷം നിറഞ്ഞാലും, ക്ഷത്രിയൻ പിടി വിട്ടുകളയാത്തതുപോലെ, അവൻ നിന്നെ വിട്ടയക്കുകയില്ല. അവൻ നിന്നെ വിട്ടുനിൽക്കാത്തിടത്തോളം, മഹാരാജാവേ, ആ ദുഃഖം തന്നെയാണ് നിനക്കുള്ളിൽ വസിക്കുക.
