इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत पतिव्रतामाहात्म्यपर्वमें सावित्री- उपाख्यानविषयक दो सौ सत्तानबेवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

Iti prakāraṁ Śrīmahābhārata-vanaparvake antargata pativratā-māhātmya-parvaṇi Sāvitrī-upākhyāna-viṣayaka dvi-śata-saptāna-śītitamaḥ adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.

Translation

ഇങ്ങനെ ശ്രീമഹാഭാരതത്തിലെ വനപർവ്വത്തിനകത്തുള്ള പതിവ്രതാമാഹാത്മ്യപർവ്വത്തിൽ സാവിത്രീ-ഉപാഖ്യാനവിഷയകമായ ഇരുനൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റേഴാമത്തെ അധ്യായം സമാപ്തമായി।
