आजसे पहले कभी भी मैं इतनी देर करके असमयमें अपने आश्रमपर नहीं लौटा हूँ। संध्या होनेसे पहले ही माता मुझे रोक लेती है--आश्रमसे बाहर नहीं जाने देती
adya se pūrvaṁ kadācid api nāhaṁ evaṁ cirakālaṁ kṛtvā akāle svāśramaṁ na punar āgataḥ। sandhyāyāḥ pūrvam eva mātā māṁ nivārayati—āśramād bahiḥ gantum na dadāti॥
ഇന്നോളം ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ വൈകി, അസമയത്തിൽ ആശ്രമത്തിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല. സന്ധ്യ വരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പേ അമ്മ എന്നെ തടയും—ആശ്രമത്തിന് പുറത്തേക്ക് പോകാൻ അനുവദിക്കില്ല.
