दुर्योधनस्य लज्जा-प्रायोपवेशविचारः
Duryodhana’s Shame and Consideration of Prāyopaveśa
रुद्रैरिव यमो राजा मरुद्धिरिव वासव: । कुरुभिस्त्वं वृतो राजन् भासि नक्षत्रराडिव
rudrair iva yamo rājā marudbhir iva vāsavaḥ | kurubhis tvaṁ vṛto rājan bhāsi nakṣatrarāḍ iva ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—രാജാവേ, കുരുക്കൾ ചുറ്റിനിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ നീ രുദ്രന്മാരുടെ ഇടയിൽ യമനെപ്പോലെയും, മരുത്തുകളുടെ ഇടയിൽ വാസവനായ ഇന്ദ്രനെപ്പോലെയും, നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ നക്ഷത്രരാജനായ ചന്ദ്രനെപ്പോലെയും ദീപ്തനായി ഭാസിക്കുന്നു।
