yās tāstv ajanayat kanyās tapo nāma hutāśanaḥ

മാർകണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു: ‘തപ’ എന്ന നാമത്തിൽ അറിയപ്പെട്ട ഹുതാശനൻ—അഗ്നിദേവൻ—ആ കന്യകളെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
