सत्यभामया द्रौपद्याश्वासनम्
Satyabhāmā’s Consolation of Draupadī
एवमुकक््त्वा गदां केशी चिक्षेपेन्द्रवधाय वै । तामापतन्तीं चिच्छेद मध्ये वज़ेण वासव:,ऐसा कहकर केशीने इन्द्रका वध करनेके लिये अपनी गदा चलायी। परंतु इन्द्रने अपने वज्द्वारा उस आती हुई गदाको बीचसे ही काट डाला
evam uktvā gadāṃ keśī cikṣepa indravadāya vai | tām āpatantīṃ ciccheda madhye vajreṇa vāsavaḥ ||
ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് കേശി ഇന്ദ്രനെ വധിക്കാനായി തന്റെ ഗദ എറിഞ്ഞു. എന്നാൽ വാസവൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) വജ്രംകൊണ്ട് പാഞ്ഞുവന്ന ആ ഗദയെ നടുവിൽ വെച്ചുതന്നെ വെട്ടിമുറിച്ചു.
