Dharma-vyādha on Parental Worship
Pitṛ-mātṛ-śuśrūṣā as Paramadaivata
पुत्रत्वमधिगच्छाव तव चापि सुलोचन । वर एष वृतो देव तद् विद्धि सुरसत्तम
putratvam adhigacchāva tava cāpi sulocana | vara eṣa vṛto deva tad viddhi surasattama ||
മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ സുലോചനാ, ഞങ്ങൾ ഇരുവരും നിന്റെ പുത്രത്വം പ്രാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഹേ ദേവാ, ഇതുതന്നെയാണ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത വരം—ഇതു അറിഞ്ഞുകൊൾക, ഹേ സുരസത്തമാ.
