दीप्यमानं महाशूलं प्रगृह्ा मणिमानपि

Transliteration

dīpyamānaṃ mahāśūlaṃ pragṛhya maṇimān api

Translation

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—മണികളാൽ അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ട, ദീപ്തിയോടെ ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന മഹാശൂലം പിടിച്ചെടുത്തു അവൻ നിർണായക പ്രഹരത്തിനായി സജ്ജനായി; ആ ആയുധത്തിന്റെ പ്രകാശം ആ നിമിഷത്തിന്റെ ഗൗരവവും പ്രതിഘാതത്തിന്റെ നിശ്ചയവും വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി।
