विदुरस्य कृष्णं प्रति शमोपदेशः
Vidura’s Counsel to Krishna on the Limits of Peace
अभ्यागच्छति दाशाहें धार्तराष्ट्री महायशा:
abhyāgacchati dāśāheṃ dhārtarāṣṭrī mahāyaśāḥ
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—നിയത സമയത്ത് മഹായശസ്സുള്ള ധാർത്തരാഷ്ട്രി (ഗാന്ധാരി) മുന്നോട്ട് വന്ന് സമീപിച്ചു. ഈ വരി അവളുടെ ഗൗരവമേറിയ പ്രവേശനം സൂചിപ്പിക്കുകയും, യുദ്ധസങ്കടം അടുത്തുവരുമ്പോൾ കുരുഗൃഹത്തിൽ ഉപദേശവും നൈതിക സമ്മർദ്ദവും ഉയരുന്ന ഘട്ടം ഒരുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു।
