विदुरस्य कृष्णं प्रति शमोपदेशः
Vidura’s Counsel to Krishna on the Limits of Peace
लक्ष्म्या परमया युक्त पुरन्दरगृहोपमम् । विचित्रैरासनैर्युक्त प्रविवेश जनार्दन:,वह घर इन्द्रभवनके समान उत्तम शोभासे सम्पन्न था। उसमें यथास्थान विचित्र आसन सजाकर रखे गये थे। श्रीकृष्णने उस गृहमें प्रवेश किया
lakṣmyā paramayā yuktaṃ purandaragṛhopamam | vicitrair āsanair yuktaṃ praviveśa janārdanaḥ ||
ആ ഭവനം പരമശ്രീയാൽ സമ്പന്നമായി, പുരന്ദരൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ)ന്റെ കൊട്ടാരത്തെപ്പോലെ തോന്നി. അതിൽ യഥാസ്ഥാനമായി വിചിത്രമായ ആസനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നു. ജനാർദനനായ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ ആ ഗൃഹത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചു।
