सूपस्करमनाधुष्यं वैयाप्रपरिवारणम्‌ । यशोष्नं प्रत्यमित्राणां यदूनां नन्दिवर्धनम्‌

Transliteration

sūpaskaram anādhuṣyaṁ vaiyāpraparivāraṇam | yaśoṣṇaṁ pratyamitrāṇāṁ yadūnāṁ nandivardhanam ||

Translation

അതിൽ ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും മനോഹരമായി ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തി വെച്ചിരുന്നു. അതിന്മേൽ വ്യാഘ്രചർമ്മത്തിന്റെ മറ ശോഭിച്ചു. ശത്രുക്കൾക്ക് അത് ദുർധർഷമായിരുന്നു, അവരുടെ യശസ്സിനെ ക്ഷയിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ യാദവർക്ക് ആനന്ദവും ആത്മവിശ്വാസവും വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരുന്നു।
