त्रैलेक्यनिर्माणकरं जनित्रं देवासुराणामथ नागरक्षसाम् | नराधिपानां विदुषां प्रधान- मिन्द्रानुजं तं शरणं प्रपद्ये
trailokya-nirmāṇa-karaṁ janitraṁ devāsurāṇām atha nāga-rakṣasām | narādhipānāṁ viduṣāṁ pradhānaṁ indrānujaṁ taṁ śaraṇaṁ prapadye
ഇന്ദ്രാനുജനായ അവനിൽ ഞാൻ ശരണം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു—അവൻ ത്രൈലോക്യത്തിന്റെ നിർമ്മാതാവും ജനകനും; ദേവന്മാരുടെയും അസുരന്മാരുടെയും, നാഗന്മാരുടെയും രാക്ഷസന്മാരുടെയും ഉത്ഭവസ്രോതസും; രാജാക്കളിലും പണ്ഡിതന്മാരിലും അഗ്രഗണ്യനും.
