Educational Q&A

Liberation-oriented discipline can be practiced while living in the world: conquer desire, endure the dualities without being shaken, cultivate sattva, and through discriminative insight separate the Self from identification with the bodyas cleanly as extracting a fiber from muf1ja grass.

Sanatsuj01ta instructs (in the Sanatsuj01t2bya discourse) that true spiritual attainment is not postponed to another realm: those who remain steady amid worldly conditions and hardships, aiming at br01hm2b sthiti, can realize the Self here and now by inner discernment.
