Educational Q&A

Sanatsujāta introduces a perennial, ancient liberating knowledge concerning the Unmanifest (avyakta), stating that it is attained through discernment (buddhi) and disciplined brahmacarya, and that it leads the wise to renounce mortal existence.

In the Sanatsujātīya discourse within Udyoga Parva, Sanatsujāta begins his instruction by announcing that he will expound an ancient doctrine preserved among venerable gurus and elders, framing it as a practical path of discipline and insight that culminates in freedom from mortality.
