भीष्मस्वप्न-स्मृत्युपाख्यानम् | Bhīṣma’s Dream-Linked Recollection of the Paraśurāma Combat
तामब्रवीच्च कौरव्य मम माता जले स्थिता । किमर्थ क्लिश्यसे भद्रे तथ्यमेव वदस्व मे
tām abravīc ca kauravya mama mātā jale sthitā | kimarthaṁ kliśyase bhadre tathyam eva vadasva me ||
രാമൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ കൗരവവംശജനേ, എന്റെ മാതാവ് ജലത്തിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നു. ഭദ്രേ, നീ എന്തിനാണ് നിന്നെ ഇങ്ങനെ കഠിനമായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്? എനിക്ക് സത്യം തന്നേ പറയുക—തെളിവായി പറയുക.”
