iti śrīmahābhārate udyogaparvaṇi ambopākhyānaparvaṇi ekāśītyadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
This line is a colophon rather than a doctrinal verse; its function is to anchor the reader in the epic’s structure, reminding that ethical reflection arises within carefully framed narrative units (parvan and upākhyāna) and that each chapter forms a complete segment of instruction through story.
The text is signaling the end of a chapter: it states that the 181st chapter of the Ambā episode, within the Udyoga Parvan of the Mahābhārata, has concluded.
