एवमस्त्राणि दिव्यानि रामस्याहमवारयम्‌ । रामश्न मम तेजस्वी दिव्यास्त्रविदरिंदम:,इस प्रकार मैं परशुरामजीके दिव्यास्त्रोंका निवारण करता और शत्रुओंका दमन करनेवाले दिव्यास्त्रवेत्ता तेजस्वी परशुराम भी मेरे अस्त्रोंका निवारण कर देते थे

evam astrāṇi divyāni rāmasyāham avārayam | rāmaś ca mama tejasvī divyāstravid arindamaḥ ||

ഇങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ രാമൻ (പരശുരാമൻ) പ്രയോഗിച്ച ദിവ്യാസ്ത്രങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞുനിർത്തി; അതുപോലെ തന്നെ തേജസ്വിയും ദിവ്യാസ്ത്രവിദ്യയിൽ നിപുണനും ശത്രുദമനനുമായ രാമൻ എന്റെ അസ്ത്രങ്ങളെയും നിർവീര്യമാക്കി.
