Pāṇḍava-senā-niryāṇa and Vyūha-vibhāga (पाण्डवसेनानिर्याण तथा व्यूहविभाग)
एवमुक्त्वा महाबाहुर्भीमं भीमपराक्रमम्,धृष्टद्युम्ममुखान् वीरान् सुह्दद: समभाषत । भयंकर पराक्रमी भीमसेनसे ऐसा कहकर महाबाहु अर्जुनने धृष्टद्युम्न आदि वीर सुहृदोंसे कहा--
evam uktvā mahābāhur bhīmaṁ bhīmaparākramam, dhṛṣṭadyumnamukhān vīrān suhṛdaḥ samabhāṣata |
ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ ശേഷം മഹാബാഹുവായ അർജുനൻ ഭീകരപരാക്രമിയായ ഭീമനോട് പറഞ്ഞതു തീർത്തു; പിന്നെ ധൃഷ്ടദ്യുമ്നൻ മുതലായ തന്റെ സുഹൃദ്വീരന്മാരോട് അഭിമുഖമായി സംസാരിച്ചു.
संजय उवाच
Before entering conflict, righteous leadership relies on clear speech and consultation with trusted allies (suhṛd). The verse highlights that resolve in war should be grounded in responsible counsel and solidarity, not impulsive aggression.
Sañjaya narrates that Arjuna, after speaking to Bhīma, turns to address the assembled friendly warriors—those led by Dhṛṣṭadyumna—continuing his counsel and coordination among the Pāṇḍava side.
