The verse highlights the assembly of capable and dharma-aligned warriors, implying that power in war is not merely physical strength but also the collective responsibility and moral gravity borne by those who fight for a cause.
Sañjaya is enumerating prominent warriors present on the Pāṇḍava side—Draupadī’s sons, Abhimanyu, King Dhṛṣṭaketu, Bhīma, and the twin brothers Nakula and Sahadeva—emphasizing the strength and readiness of their forces as events move toward war.
