धृतराष्ट्रस्य वंशोपदेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Dynastic Counsel on Legitimate Rule
ततः सर्वा: प्रजास्तात धृतराष्ट्रं जनेश्वरम् । अन्वपद्यन्त विधिवद् यथा पाण्डुं जनाधिपम्,“तात! तदनन्तर सारी प्रजा जैसे राजा पाण्डुके अनुगत रहती थी, उसी प्रकार विधिपूर्वक राजा धृतराष्ट्रके अधीन रहने लगी
tataḥ sarvāḥ prajāstā́ta dhṛtarāṣṭraṁ janeśvaram | anvapadyanta vidhivad yathā pāṇḍuṁ janādhipam ||
അതിനുശേഷം, ഹേ താത, എല്ലാ പ്രജകളും വിധിപൂർവ്വം ജനേശ്വരനായ ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രന്റെ അധീനമായി—മുമ്പ് ജനാധിപനായ പാണ്ഡുവിനെ അനുഗമിച്ചതുപോലെ.
