Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 133 — A Mother’s Counsel to Saṃjaya
तैः कृत्वा सह संघातं गिरिदुर्गालयं चर । काले व्यसनमाकाड्क्षन् नैवायमजरामर:,तू उन सबके साथ मैत्री करके यथासमय अपने शत्रु सिन्धुराजपर विपत्ति आनेकी प्रतीक्षा करता हुआ पर्वतोंकी दुर्गम गुफामें विचरता रह; क्योंकि यह सिन्धुराज कोई अजर, अमर तो है नहीं
taiḥ kṛtvā saha saṅghātaṃ giridurga-ālayaṃ cara | kāle vyasanam ākāṅkṣan naivāyam ajarāmaraḥ ||
അവരോടൊപ്പം സഖ്യം സ്ഥാപിച്ച്, പർവ്വതദുർഗത്തിന്റെ ഗുഹകളും ദുർഗമമായ അഭയസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും ആശ്രയിച്ച് സഞ്ചരിക്ക; യുക്തകാലത്ത് നിന്റെ ശത്രുവായ സിന്ധുരാജനിൽ ദുരന്തം പതിയാൻ കാത്തിരിക്ക. കാരണം ഈ സിന്ധുരാജൻ അജരനും അമരനും അല്ല.
