Udyoga Parva — Gandhārī’s Counsel to Duryodhana
सह मात्रा प्रदग्धुं तान् बालकान् वारणावते । आस्थित: परमं यत्नं न समृद्धं च तत् तव
saha mātrā pradagdhuṃ tān bālakān vāraṇāvate | āsthitaḥ paramaṃ yatnaṃ na samṛddhaṃ ca tat tava ||
വാരണാവതത്തിൽ ആ ബാലപാണ്ഡവരെ അവരുടെ മാതാവിനോടുകൂടി ദഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ നീ പരമശ്രമം നടത്തി; എന്നാൽ നിന്റെ ആ ദുഷ്കൽപ്പന സഫലമായില്ല.
