तमनर्थ परिहरन्नात्मश्रेय: करिष्यसि । भ्रातृणामथ भृत्यानां मित्राणां च परंतप,“परंतप! यदि तुम उस अनर्थकारी दुराग्रहको छोड़ दो तो अपने कल्याणके साथ ही भाइयों, सेवकों तथा मित्रोंका भी महान्‌ हित-साधन करोगे

tam anarthaṁ pariharann ātmaśreyaḥ kariṣyasi | bhrātṝṇām atha bhṛtyānāṁ mitrāṇāṁ ca parantapa ||

ഹേ പരന്തപാ! ആ അനർത്ഥകരമായ ദുർഗ്രഹം നീ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ, നീ നിന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ ശ്രേയസ്സു നേടും; കൂടാതെ സഹോദരന്മാർക്കും ഭൃത്യന്മാർക്കും സുഹൃത്തുകൾക്കും മഹത്തായ ഹിതവും സാധിക്കും.
