भवितासि यथापूर्व बलवीर्यसमन्वित: । बभूवतुस्ततस्तस्य पक्षौ द्रविणवत्तरी,“अब तुम पहलेकी ही भाँति बल और पराक्रमसे सम्पन्न हो जाओगे।” शाण्डिलीके इतना कहते ही गरुड़की पाँखें पहलेसे भी अधिक शक्तिशाली हो गयीं
bhavitāsi yathāpūrvaṃ balavīryasamanvitaḥ | babhūvatus tataḥ tasya pakṣau draviṇavattarī |
“നീ മുമ്പുപോലെ തന്നെ ബലവും വീര്യവും സമ്പന്നനാകും.” ശാണ്ഡിലി ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ ഗരുഡന്റെ ചിറകുകൾ മുൻപേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ദൃഢവും ശക്തവുമായിത്തീർന്നു.
नारद उवाच
The verse highlights the potency of a righteous person’s words: a sage’s truthful, compassionate utterance functions as a blessing that restores strength. It underscores ethical speech and ascetic merit as forces that can heal and empower.
Nārada reports that Śāṇḍilī assures Garuḍa he will regain his former strength and valor. Immediately after her statement, Garuḍa’s wings become even stronger than before, marking a tangible transformation brought about by her blessing.
