अथ शुश्राव नहुष: शक्राणीं शरणं गताम्‌ | बृहस्पतेरज्ञिरसश्लुक्रोध स नृपस्तदा

atha śuśrāva nahuṣaḥ śakrāṇīṁ śaraṇaṁ gatām | bṛhaspater aṅgirasaś ca krodhaḥ sa nṛpas tadā ||

അപ്പോൾ നഹുഷൻ ശക്രാണി (ഇന്ദ്രാണി) ശരണം പ്രാപിച്ചതായി കേട്ടു; അതേ സമയത്ത് ആ രാജാവ് ബൃഹസ്പതിയുടെയും ആംഗിരസ ഋഷിമാരുടെയും ക്രോധം തന്റെ മേൽ വരുത്തി.
