नैतान्येकेन शक््यानि सातत्येनानुवीक्षितुम् | तेषु सर्व प्रतिष्ठाप्य राजा भुड्धक्ते चिरं महीम्,एक ही पुरुष इन सभी बातोंपर सदा ध्यान नहीं रख सकता, इसलिये इन सबका भार सुयोग्य अधिकारियोंको सौंपकर राजा चिरकालतक इस भूतलका राज्य भोग सकता है
Transliteration
naitāny ekena śakyāni sātatyenānuvīkṣitum | teṣu sarva-pratiṣṭhāpya rājā buddhaktyā ciraṁ mahīm ||
Translation
ഈ എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും ഒരാൾക്ക് മാത്രം നിരന്തരം നിരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. അതിനാൽ ഓരോ മേഖലയിലും യോഗ്യരായ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ സ്ഥാപിച്ച്, വിവേകത്തോടെ ക്രമീകരിച്ചാൽ രാജാവിന് ദീർഘകാലം ഭൂമിയെ ഭരിച്ച് അനുഭവിക്കാം.
